Blue Eyes | Montgomery, AL Child and Family Photographer

Yep, that's right...this whole family has big blue eyes. Aren't they gorgeous? We met at Shakespeare this weekend to capture a few fall family images. We had perfect weather and got so many great images I had a hard time narrowing it down for the sneak peek!

9 Years Old | Montgomery, AL Child Photographer

It is such a nice change of pace to photograph an older child. As much as I love love love having sessions with babies and toddlers, it's fun to have a model that listens and follows instructions! My session with "B" was so easy...he did everything I asked of him and even offered some suggestions of poses to try. It was fun! :-)




I promised during our session that we could do some silly stuff at the end and that I would even post it on the blog. So here you go "B"!

The "C" Family | Montgomery, AL Child and Family Photography

This sweet family traveled all the way from Opp, Alabama for our photo session and I sure am glad they did! They were so much fun to be around and I love the images that we captured. When we first met I asked the girls if they played any sports and the oldest replied, "well, I like to shop with mommy." I love that...that's my definition of sport too! :-)

Eyelash Envy | Montgomery, AL Baby Photography

I met up with this beautiful little girl and her parents yesterday at the Shakespeare Festival. She has some of the longest and thickest eyelashes I have ever seen! I would like some of those please! She is not yet 6 months old and is already sitting up like a champ. I would place my bets on her being an early walker...she's ready to move!

I met up with these 3 fun sisters and their beautiful families to capture some family images for their mother. They are crazy and silly and we had so much fun!

This family has not had professional pictures made in 16 years - since their wedding day...wow!


You might recognize this little cutie from a few weeks ago when we did her 2 year pictures...

And we couldn't pass up the opportunity to do some individual shots of the kids...

Friends | Montgomery, AL Family Photographer

Saturday evening I photographed a very good friend of mine and her beautiful family. Mandy is one of my closest friends and we couldn't be more different...she has purple hair for goodness sake...my hair couldn't be more conservative! :-) As I was going through the images I shot that evening, I noticed that I didn't take very many standard family portraits, but that's because that's just not who they are. They're crazy and fun and they teach me to relax...something I for sure need a lesson on!

I want her hair...isn't it beautiful?


These kids have so much energy...they don't slow down for a minute I tell ya!

They celebrated their 10th anniversary this year...just as in love as the day they married...
